Affiliate Marketing is the process by which you promote or sell products via your website. If a customer buys the product from the vendor you will receive a commission. It's a simple process and one that is attracting many with the desire to learn how to become rich fast.

So that's it basically. Well, no it's not. There is a lot to learn. But if you are wondering whether or not this really is a way to know how to become rich fast, wonder no more. It is. It might not happen in a day or a month. It might even take a few years. But tell me another way you can become a millionaire in a few years and I'll start doing that. A guy I've got to know through internet marketing started in 2005 and now he is worth tens of millions of dollars. Probably even hundreds. He owns a big property in Sydney, has no debt, and travels with his family throughout the year. My friend who introduced me to all this is now pulling in 6 figures a month. He was dabbling with it up until 18 months ago, decided to really hit it hard and is now doing a very good job of it! 

 If you are wondering if you have the ability to do this please don't be put off. If you are willing to learn and have the persistence to overcome the initial failures you will encounter the rewards are tremendous.

The key is persistence. So many try, fail once, then never take it up again. It is not that complicated to learn, you just have to break down the steps and tackle them one at a time. It can be frustrating, and sometimes you believe you have done everything and find you've missed one thing and you have to go back to fix it.

Another key is to get a good support network of people 'in the know' who will answer any questions you have. The forum I am a part of is just that. It's great! When you start out the best thing to do is buy a course that shows you exactly what to do to build a site. That's how I got started. It cost me under $100 and consisted of ten videos that showed me step by step how to do it. But be careful, there are some very good salesmen out there selling courses that cost thousands. I nearly purchased one for $5000 until I found out that it was using a system that Google has since made redundant through updates. Luckily, my friend steered me in the right direction. Also be careful of joining too many 'free sites' and giving away your email. This leads to hundreds of unwelcome emails in your inbox and will overload you with information which is very off-putting. I also fell for this one early on.

So here's my advise: if you really want to learn how to become rich fast then grab a course and follow it through until you are the proud owner of a website making at least a little each month. Keep learning until you can do it rapidly and just keep building sites and testing what works and what doesn't. It's an exciting undertaking, even for someone like me who has never really been interested in computers and previously had problems making an event on Facebook!
